MODBLT Homes

How we build.

Modular construction brings factory fabrication and site preparation into one coordinated plan. Where the project allows, those activities can progress alongside each other. We help coordinate the work, delivery, and installation around your property’s requirements.

From first conversation to final finishes

One connected process.

A custom home involves many moving parts. We help bring them into a coordinated plan.

01

Start with your site

We review your goals, property, and initial budget. Access, grading, utilities, and local requirements help establish whether modular construction is a practical fit for your site.

Bring your team together

For a custom home, we introduce you to architects experienced in modular design so you can explore their styles and choose the right fit. Your architect leads the floor plan and the look and feel of your home. We help align the design with modular construction, site requirements, and budget. If you’re interested in pre-designed main homes, we’ll discuss your goals while that program is in development.

Build, install, and finish

We work with the manufacturer to align factory production with foundations and site preparation. We manage delivery, crane setting, utility connections, and finish work, then coordinate final inspections and your walkthrough.

Factory production · Site construction · Installation · Completion
