Co-founder
Scott Urban brings more than a decade of residential construction experience, spanning single-family homes, multifamily communities, and modular building projects. His background combines conventional homebuilding with the planning and coordination required for modular construction, giving him a practical understanding of how a home comes together from the ground up.
Through his work with MODBLT and MODSET, Scott helps coordinate the people and logistics involved in bringing factory-built modules onto the job site and into place. Al Udwin

Al Udwin brings decades of residential construction experience, with a career spanning hands-on carpentry, construction management, and executive leadership. His work in modular building draws on both job-site experience and time on the factory floor, applying conventional construction knowledge to improve how homes are planned, produced, and assembled.
